Everything vibrates including you.
Recall those railroad crossing signs most of us grew up with. They were perfectly round with stop, look, listen printed on them. Pretty good advice any way you slice it.
In my elementary school years we had to cross railroad tracks twice a day, once going and the other returning. Heard lots of train whistles and watched many trains flash past.
If you want to see how you’re vibrating stop, look, listen. With those signs it was about looking outside yourself, your environment.
You could sometimes see the faces clearly of passengers sitting at the windows. There’s always been something mysterious yet romantic about trains, a lore, unless you get hit by one.
Often you could here and sometimes feel those tracks vibrating long before that train blew past.
To discover how you’re vibrating you look first inside not outside. That comes later if you’re really serious.
You stop, you look inside not out and you listen. Your body is talking to you 24 hours a day every day.
If you need reminders, and most of us do, print out a picture of one of those old yellow and black railroad warning signs and post it somewhere conspicuous.
You won’t need a caption.
